Ever wondered about the different emotions which you experience everyday when you get up?
Ever wondered why is there such a diversity ? Why there so much confusion so much indifferences?
Well its all a new experience anyhow,what you feel daily when you wake up is always a new thing. What happens everyday and how you go to bed also has its effect on your morning blues !
Well then why am I saying all this now? The answer is simple its been quiet a while since last I felt really FRESH after waking up , I used to be rejuvenated but then something always lacked in those mornings. Today seems like a day I have discovered my way to kick start the day on a beautiful and productive note , so thought let’s share this experience with all you beautiful people.
So what’s so special about today ? Well nothing much. The routine which went in was something like this :
Slept at 5 in the morning (yeah not quiet a healthy habit but yeah was studying all night so didn’t realize where the time went)
Woke up at 12pm (lol yeah come on I deserve that much sleep dont I )
First thought which came to my mind was “I should probably lift some weights right away” and I did exactly the same. One hour of enjoyable workout and here I was fresh as anything could be feeling awesome and the hot water bath accompanied with some soulful music just wrapped up the beautiful morning ( yeah afternoon ok).
So the discovery made today? Lifting weights and early morning exercise is the kick start which I need for my day 😁
